To register and maintain an account on hb999a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

Registration Process

3. Account Responsibilities

Password & Credential Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential. You must not share your password with any other person. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact hb999a support. hb999a will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address, or bank account details change, you must update your account profile promptly. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the verified identity on your account. hb999a cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on hb999a are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hb999a does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to player balances. The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

Withdrawal Conditions

Where a deposit has been accompanied by a bonus, the combined deposit and bonus amount must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested. Players who deposit without activating a bonus may request a withdrawal of their deposit balance at any time, subject to standard KYC verification requirements. hb999a reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• hb999a reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already claimed by players prior to withdrawal of the offer.
• If hb999a determines that a player has attempted to exploit bonus offers through abusive behaviour — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts, or coordinating with other players — all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided and the account may be permanently suspended.
• Free spins, where offered, are valued at a fixed rate per spin as stated in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds subject to the stated wagering requirement.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the hb999a platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. General rules governing all bets and gaming activity on hb999a are set out below.

Sports Betting

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hb999a platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, all balances voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an hb999a account.
• Money laundering: Using the hb999a platform to process, conceal, or transfer proceeds of illegal activity. hb999a is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any lawful investigation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, sports betting, or any other competitive format available on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, duplicate registration, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements unfairly.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with games, or perform any other function on the platform without prior written authorisation from hb999a.
• Underage gambling: Registering an account or placing bets if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Impersonation: Registering an account using another person's identity, or providing false personal information to circumvent KYC requirements.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a legitimate deposit transaction. All disputed transactions must be raised through the hb999a support team before any external dispute resolution process is initiated.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

hb999a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player's account has been inactive (no deposits, bets, or logins) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• hb999a is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a lawful instruction from a competent authority.
• The player has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their hb999a account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification. Accounts may not be voluntarily closed while a KYC review or dispute resolution is pending.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. hb999a will notify the player via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the dormant account's real-money balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Governing Language
